Payment terms & cancellation costs

Fixed reservation and payment terms:

1. Bookings up to 30 days before arrival:
• The guest must pay the entire travel price in advance.
2. Bookings over 30 days before arrival:
• A deposit of 30% of the travel price is required.
• The remaining amount must be paid no later than 3 weeks before arrival.

Cancellation by the customer and cancellation costs:

• Cancellations must be made in writing (by email). If no confirmation is received within 24 hours, resend the cancellation to ensure it has been received.
• The cancellation costs are as follows:
• Up to 60 days before departure: 10% of the booked price
• 59 to 30 days before departure: 30% of the booked price
• 29 to 7 days before departure: 80% of the booked price
• In case of no-show: 100% of the booked price.

Payment terms:

1. Bookings more than 30 days before arrival:
• A deposit of approximately 30% of the travel price is required.
2. Remaining payment:
• The remaining payment must be made 29 days before arrival.
3. Bookings within 30 days before arrival:
• The entire travel price must be paid immediately..

Taxes and fees:

The Greek government has decided to introduce a climate resilience levy on January 1, 2024. € 1.50 per night and accommodation if the living space is a maximum of 80 square meters. At Harmony it is € 1.50 per day (not per person).
